Donation Terms and Conditions
- Donations are voluntary (financial) contributions gifted by a Donor to the FMCAD Association without expectation of a service in return.
- By making a donation, the Donor agrees to these Donation Terms and Conditions.
- By making a Donation, the Donor agrees that the FMCAD Associaton may use the Donation at is own discretion, within the scope of its purpose as laid out in the constitution of the FMCAD Association).
- Donations earmarked for an FMCAD conference in a specific year may be used in subsequent years (if, for instance, the conference does not take place or earns a surplus).
- Donations are irrevocable.
- The FMCAD Association will provide a donation receipt upon request.
- The FMCAD Association uses the data of each Donor in accordance with its GDPR notice.
- The FMCAD Assocation will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses which may arise in consequence of a Donation.
- Austrian law applies to every Donation, these general terms and conditions, and the constitution of the FMCAD Association.
